  • No maximum loan amount on selected products, including 90% LTV
  • Self-employed 1-year accounts accepted; can work on a projection for year two based on an uplift of up to 30% compared to the first year’s figures
  • Multi-source income accepted, will consider 100% of secondary income
  • Complex income considered, including sportspersons, musicians and actors, professional landlords
  • Some adverse credit considered including CCJs and defaults ignored if satisfied when totalling less than £300 or satisfied more than 12 months for higher amounts
