Save yourself precious time by referring your client to us. Our experts will work directly with the client, undertake the research and advise the client*, while you still receive 25% commission.
*All referrals will be managed by Sirius Property Finance who are adept at dealing with high net worth clients and large mortgages.
50/50% lender commission split
You will remain the client’s primary contact and be responsible for advising them, but you will be backed by a dedicated case manager. They’ll undertake the research and take care of everything, right through to completion. And you’ll receive 50% of the lender commission.
