Community Projects at Hopefield Animal Sanctuary

by | Oct 16, 2025 | Events

Brightstars’ Community Action Projects are still underway! Our next group of volunteers have been out in the community at Hopefield Animal Sanctuary, lending their time & support for the benefit of others. This is all part of our Groups’ ESG Plan – and a development from Mental Health Awareness Week 2025. In these reports Tamzin Whitworth, Molly Reader and Benjamin Peace share their insights into their day of volunteering.

Tamzin Whitworth, Team Leader

“I really enjoyed the day – it was very hands on and not like anything I’ve done before, my whole body aching very evident of this but a really good experience and seeing all the different kinds of animals.”

Molly Reader, Case Progressor

“Yesterday was very good, it was a good laugh and rewarding to be involved and help the volunteers with their jobs. I am grateful to have had the opportunity.”
