What more could you ask for?

by | Jul 2, 2023 | All

I have been using Brightstar Financial for around two years now and only wish I had discovered them sooner as they are always spot on when it comes to customer service, speed, and knowledge. Coupled with a generous commission payout, what more could you ask for?

I have referred a range of cases including commercial first and second charges, buy to lets and complicated residential mortgages meaning I have dealt with many of the Brightstar team and have received the same level of excellence throughout.

By referring cases over to the specialists at Brightstar, I can spend time on my own specialist area of knowledge, rather than fruitlessly searching myself for the perfect solution for my customer which is extremely time consuming. The client is happy as they end up with the right product at the right price, I am happy as I end up with a nice commission payout for a lot less input from my side.

The process is always smooth, efficient, and fast and the team could teach some lenders a thing or two! Any enquiries regarding progress of cases are always responded to very quickly from the relevant person and, if they happen to be out of the office, there is always someone else who responds on their behalf which is perfect.
