Brightstar celebrates customer service milestone

A double winner of the Sunday Times Best Small Company to Work for, Brightstar is justly proud of its outstanding commitment to customer service, securing a rating of ‘excellent’ on the highly acclaimed Trustpilot review platform for its consistent achievement of 5 star reviews. Across the Brightstar Group, team members have access to a rolling Customer Service Training Programme, with all new team members completing a customer service qualification.
